第一课 《谈天气》
八月的倒数第二周我们继续学习了《中文听说读写》Level 1 Part 2的第一课 《谈天气》。首先同学们回答了对话问题：
1. 今天天气如何？How is today's weather?
2. 今天下午你会做什么？ What are you going to do this afternoon?
同学们可以用自己话来回答这两个问题，并且描述自己下午会做的事情。再复习了课文的内容后，课上老师请同学们进行了课文的熟读练习。目前大多数同学都还是在进行拼音阅读，并不能到达老师认读汉字并熟读的标准。
最后的老师提的标准是，熟读文章到达在20秒之内通读全文，并少于5个错误。这也是本周的作业之一，9月7号上课时老师会进行检查。
具体评分标准如下，同学们课自行参考。此次评分计入最后的学期考核：
Grading Rubric:
5+ 熟读课文，阅读汉字（非拼音），完成时间在25秒钟以内，少于5个错误。

5 熟读课文，阅读汉字（非拼音），完成时间在30秒钟以内，（或）有5个以上的错误。
Read the Chinese Character (NO Pinyin) fluently within 30 seconds, has more than 5 mistakes.
4 熟读课文，阅读汉字（非拼音），完成时间在35秒钟以内，（或）有5个以上的错误。
Read the Chinese Character (NO Pinyin) fluently within 35 seconds, has more than 5 mistakes.
3 熟读课文，阅读汉字（非拼音），完成时间在40秒钟以内，（或）有5个以上的错误。
Read the Chinese Character (NO Pinyin) fluently within 40 seconds, has more than 5 mistakes.
2 熟读课文，阅读汉字（非拼音），完成时间在1分钟以内，（或）有5个以上的错误。
Read the Chinese Character (NO Pinyin) fluently within 1 minute, has more than 5 mistakes.
1 熟读课文，阅读拼音，完成时间在25秒钟以内。
Read the dialogue in Pinyin fluently within 25 seconds.
0 熟读课文，阅读拼音，完成时间在35秒钟以上，（或）有5个以上的错误。
Read the dialogue in Pinyin fluently within 25 seconds, has more than 5 mistakes.
课上老师带着同学们进行词汇的拓展学习，要求每一个词同学们可以掌握至少两个拓展词汇。在本节课的最后章节时，拓展的词汇会要求掌握。
We also did expend our vocabulary/phrases based on the vocabulary list we have for this first dialogue, students are required to know at least two extended phrases that use the same character. Those required words would be on the quiz for the dialogue.

1. 练习册P1- P10
Complete workbook from Page 1 to Page 10
2. 练习阅读课文，并且达到上述要求
Practice reading the dialogue and be prepared for reading next week and be graded according to the rubric.
3. 下周测试第一课内容：生词听写，语法练习。
Quiz next week on Dialogue 1, includes dictation of vocabulary and grammar application practice.
