November 3 & November 10 Test for Lesson 12 and Final Review
In class, on Nov. 3rd we worked on the grammar point and vocabulary for Lesson 12 and got the test for Lesson 12 going. Students reflect that they need more instruction for the homework so we all went over the homework in class on Nov. 10.
From the exam, I found that students need more practice with their Chinese Characters and recognize what they mean. So in class, we went over vocabulary from L11 Dialogue one using the format
中文 Pinyin 意思（meaning）
Students all practice writing down the Chinese Characters three times and write down the Pinyin and meaning.
Later, students are given a word bank to select from and try to do dictation for Chinese vocabulary.
Homework for this week is to continue to review the vocabulary and practice recognize them and ideally remember how to write each character.
